Carly Burke

Carly Burke commenced practising as a property solicitor in a mid-tier Melbourne law firm 13 years ago. The exposure to the Melbourne property market gave her extensive experience in conveyancing and associated property law for large apartment complexes, medium density housing projects and vacant land estates. Carly also acted on leases, Section 173 Agreements and plans of subdivision and consolidation for her clients.

In 2011, Carly relocated with her family to the Greater Ballarat area and commenced practising in Ballarat. Carly extended her skill base to include conveyancing of large rural properties and associated property law issues such as easements, compulsory acquisitions and water entitlements.

Over the last 13 years, Carly has worked with a wide range of clients from developers of large estates or buildings to small unit developers, investors, councils, home purchasers and sellers, landlords and tenants of retail commercial and industrial land and associated parties such as financial institutions, government departments, authorities, other solicitors and the Land Titles Office. She works closely with her clients through the complex and varied property law issues that arise and ensures that tailored solutions are provided to obtain the best outcome for her clients. Carly can explain complicated legal issues in a practical and easy to understand way that benefits her clients.
